AVT Reliability Inc Launches in the USA

Market-leading plant reliability specialist AVT Reliability® has opened its first subsidiary in the USA. The move is part of a clear plan to expand its global reach, following the recent acquisition of Van Geffen in the Netherlands.

AVT Reliability® Inc, which is owned by Rotherham based AES Engineering Ltd, has established a base in Rockford, Tennessee, alongside sister company AESSEAL® - the world’s largest homogeneous designer and manufacturer of mechanical seals.

US customers will benefit from its Machine Sentry® suite of products, including:
• The MSF-1 Fixed Sensor, which has full Hazlock certification
• ADA™ - the Automated Diagnostic Assistant, which can predict stage 2, 3 and 4 bearing failure and detect a wide range of other common fault conditions
• EasyBrace™, the universal bracing system designed for the reduction of structural vibration in small bore pipes

Machine Sentry® was showcased for the first time in America at the MARCON 2020 maintenance and reliability conference this month (March), and was received very positively by leading experts attending the show.
