The passing of a valued colleague

It is with great sadness that we have to advise you that unfortunately,
Gordon Bridge OBE passed away on the 26th of May 2022.

Gordon worked for many years as the CEO of AESSEAL.

He was diagnosed with prostate cancer some 16 years ago, not that anyone would have known, as he remained his cheerful, positive self, right to the end.

Gordon was liked and admired by all as a kind and considerate person, and an incredibly competent professional who contributed a huge amount to AESSEAL and to all the many other charitable and community organisations to which he freely devoted his own time over his professional life.

There will be a Thanksgiving Service to celebrate Gordon’s life on Friday 17th June 2022, to be held at Sheffield Cathedral at 1.15 pm and refreshments will be provided afterwards in the Cutlers’ Hall.
The burial will be a private family affair with no flowers, but donations will be accepted if desired.
