Site assesment Pump report

Members of the BPMA have created a simple, generic condition assessment form/template to assist customers when carrying out their own periodic (preliminary) assessments on pumps or for when they are returning a pump to a pump manufacturer The form can also be used when a customer is asking for advice on a pump, or when a pump manufacturer is discussing with customers a particular problem.
